A summer oasis in Ocean City, NJ designed as a retreat for our jet setting clients to unwind. What began as a single story home was completely demolished and reimagined as a 4 story new construction conceived for entertaining with an open door policy.
Color was thoughtfully placed throughout each room, reflecting the owners playful spirit and light hearted approach to living. OCBB - Ocean City Bangers + Balls - is a tribute to the owners' deeply rooted Irish + Italian heritages.

When we rebuilt our home I knew I had to look to professionals to help us make our house a home that was unique to us and so welcoming to anyone who came to stay. I have no idea how to “design” but Michele and Jen made everything so easy. It was such a collaborative and fun experience. They are incredibly knowledgeable and the extraordinary pieces they found to turn a beach house into a space that family and friends want to always come back to and stay says it all. I want to build another home just so I can work with 99 SEAVIEW!
