01 - Consultation
Our process begins with an on-site meeting, where we like to get to know each other, discuss your goals and fully understand your vision for the space.
02 - Design Concept + Scope of Work
We then create a Design Concept, sharing our Initial VIEW—a curated mix of inspiration, product concepts, and target budgets for each room—designed to bring your vision into focus. This includes thoughtfully selected materials, furniture, finishes, color palettes, wall treatments, flooring, lighting, fabric swatches and room layouts. Everything is captured in a comprehensive Scope of Work, ensuring every detail, item, vendor, and lead time is carefully considered and seamlessly coordinated.
03 - Project Management + Procurement
Once the Design Concept is approved, we move into execution. During this phase, we manage the project timeline, oversee the ordering and delivery of all materials and furnishings and guide the construction and renovation process. Throughout every step, we provide hands-on project management—coordinating contractors, installers and additional services—to ensure the experience is seamless, stress-free and truly enjoyable.
04 - Installation + Reveal
Finally, we arrive at the installation, where every detail comes together. We orchestrate and oversee the delivery, set up and placement of all furnishings and finishes, completing the project with a fully curated and styled space ready for you to enjoy.
